Update tutorial and tests for Buffer api changes #37

Hi,

I just noticed that the Tutorial is not up to date with the new API to construct a Buffer.

I changed the code examples and some of the docs to reflect the latest changes.

Whenever you are talking about the type of the buffer, I left the constructor references in place, but I am not sure if that is what you want. So maybe have a look at it again ;)
