failure when enabling speedhack #1

I got this error when enabling speed hack btw what version is this UCE based on ?? image

speedhack-x86_64.zip

all I did was place this file in the main directory, if it doesn't let u download it, just find the same file name from the original and copy paste speedhack-x86_64.dll
