Couldn't find guidance when looking. Saw a use case where person had hot tub and was approved for load share install, but our tool wouldn't suggest that. Seeking guidance from Will

simplified code., will offer up a single message about either EMS or service upgrade if no charger 'fits'. See prior commit for old logic if ever want to revert.
