Text Cursor not rightly offseted in fullscreen #9

The text cursor when typping the save name is not correctly offseted in fullscreen mode. It is exactly at the same offset from the top left corner of the screen as in normal mode. Also it seems that it's not resized to match the size of the text.

Whoops. This was indeed an oversight that I failed to account for when developing fullscreen support. Thanks for the bug report.

This should be fixed as of v1.0.2.

On 1.0.2 it still isn't rendered properly, neither in fullscreen nor in window mode. bd481h1 oe3gtiv

Bluh. Sorry about that. This should be fully fixed now in the latest version; I've tested it on both windowed and fullscreen.
