Add a LICENSE file #6

You should add a LICENSE file, so that people know if they even can use, modify, or read the sources of the software, because that is defined in the license. I recommend the GNU GPL3 or MIT licenses.

I deleted the old license because it wasn't good. Thanks for reminding me :D
