Version inconsistency, possible out-of-date class #4

The current release is 2.4, however:

The GUI claims it's 2.1 (from the nojava install at http://forum.gadgetfactory.net/index.php?/files/download/10-papilio-loader-gui/).
papilio-loader.exe contains the string "Papilio Loader 2.1"
PapilioLoader.class contains the string "Papilio Loader 2.1"
PapilioLoader.java contains the string LOADER_NAME = "Papilio Loader 2.3"

So, there appear to be two issues: the class files didn't get re-created in the last few releases and the version string is also out of date.
