Per this request on the Kickstarter update page:

From bug: On the side, can the LCD be removed, repositioned and rewired by any reasonable means? If it were to have any use in my project it would need a slight adjustment to conform to the enclosure.

If Seeed is ok with it we can add the LCD on a header with standoff's.

This is not a dealbreaker, since I had not actually planned to use an LCD in the first place, but this would add to the usability.

I'm going to send the manufacturing samples with standoff's, so the production run should match with removable LCD display.
