Duplicate of #30, #35 and #39, you need to get Guide-API and Redstone Flux too

I have Both. After I uninstall the mod and lunch the game I close the game and reinstalled the mods and now it works. Also I'm trying to play with my sister with it and it keep on telling me this after I uninstall and reinstalled it.
