This updates OCIO to 2.2, giving us access to the built-in ACES configs we want to provide in Gaffer 1.3. It also updates various other things to bring us in line with VFXPlatform 2023, and removes stuff we no longer need. Eric, we'll need to make the equivalent changes for the Windows packages too - fingers crossed that's not too problematic.
