Additional 'zoom' controls for Viewer/NodeGraph #254

'home' and 'h' hotkeys to reset zoom to 1:1 (2D viewer case) or default (NodeGraph, 3D viewer case)
'+' and '-' hotkeys to increment/decrement zoom. Should snap to powers of 2 (2D viewer case) or just scale * +/-1.5 (NodeGraph, 3D viewer case)

Ben and I also discussed a hotkey which while held would zoom in to the standard zoom level in the Node Graph. This would allow the user to initiate a noodle drag from a zoomed out location, and zoom in while dragging to more accurately find the destination. Releasing the hotkey would return to the previous zoom level.

It would be usefull also to get an overlay in the viewer that displays the current zoom level.
