Create Account (username/pass) Fails #1

When creating an account normally with username/password, the account creation fails with "Network response was not ok"

Also if you attempt to create an account and it fails, you are now unable to log in again. The login will say "Login Error and unexpected error has occurred"

tested it 3 times and never got this error. Legit can't replicate

As far as I can tell it happens only on a fresh start.
