tank_effects bank not buildable #222

tank_effects

Can't build tank_effects, this pops out every time. I've checked the file location and it's missing. I've also checked in github the file location and it's indeed missing. Ignoring error results into a corrupted tank_effects bank file.

Also using tank_effects from the previous version crashes the game a lot.

No, I've worked it out, but there's an abnormal noise
