there is no voice file for jp, ko, fr etc. #224

Only uk, ru, us has voice file for La Royale update

Currently, we only have voice packages available for American English, British English, and Russian. This can create some challenges for players who wish to create new version voice mods for other languages.

I have found a method to extract the bank files. You can use QuickBMS. Yes, but now we still working on VO, so it is not a time to release all the dialogs. But, you can create any language bank for yourself, and create a content for it.
