Noticed that jet engines from other players stutter a lot when you have speed of sound enabled. I don't know if this is from your FMOD side or something more inside the game code. But it's something definitely transferred to mods

Delete this, on all AI aircraft, I work for me. This preset is a cause stuttring bug. I delete only preset and it work good now
