Changing Tank Crew radio static? #297

I'm making a voice mod, and I don't know how (if even possible at all) to change the Radio Static effects to ones similar to the loader's effects, as the radio filter completely decimates the voicelines cause its somewhat high pitched.

Skill Issue on my part, found the solution myself.
