integration with Crochet Charts #1

I've got a python program to take an xml description of a series of rows of crochet stitches and export as same format used by Crochet Charts (a now opensource program for charting patterns).

Found your program. seems like a really good start to reading crochet patterns. My experience is minimal but seems no real standard ? and confusion over UK/US terminology.

Would you like to collaborate and get a solution that will load in some useful subset of crochet format and turn into editable graph. To be tweaked in Crochet Charts.

I have also got a stitch library going as a side project for Crochet charts to collate users new stitch patterns.. To improve workflow which is a bit messy to be honest.

Happy New Year, Mark...

Sure I'd love to collaborate! This is something I did in like, a day and a half, so any improvements/edits are welcome. My life is a little hectic right now, but I can definitely approve pulls, and maybe will have some more time in March to contribute more than eyes.

OK. I will submit pull for internal comments but actually I'm not sure about why sme of te the things are the way they are. Any short notes you can contribute to help me doc it more clearly woudl be appreciated. Meanwhile I shall continue. Question - have you ever used Crochet Charts ?
