What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. What is the Google TV remote server?Or is there any Google TV emulator? 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Smartphone using system Android 2.2

I'm also interested if we can get the server code so we can add new protocol to 
it for Xperia Play devices.

I have seen various manufacturers integrating providing the Google TV remote 
server or equivalent into Android hardware but where do they get the source 
code?
