v6.3.2 Support #34

Add support for new v6.3.2 features

Maintains BorrowingFees Group and Pair states.
Maintains other state params (L1/L2 block, gDai accBlockWeightedMarketCap) needed for the new liquidation price calculation using SDK's getLiquidationPrice.
Maintains TradingCallbacks pairsMaxLeverage state and checks against limit orders

No .env var changes.
