This software does not compile and is, perhaps, unsurprisingly a result of bam2wig (Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS). I was able to make it compile by removing lines 12 and 20 from the makefile of augustus/auxprogs/, but honestly wasted way too much of my time to get this to work. Please accept pull request #334 or something.....
