gff2gbSmallDNA.pl error #406

Hi,

I'm getting Substitution loop at gff2gbSmallDNA.pl line 200, <FASTA> chunk 1. I don't understand what might be the source of the error. Any help? cheers F

It looks like it's due to the size of the fasta. Too long. F
