Hello, when i ran the braker3, i meet a question as follows:
FASTA index file /public/home/pengyan/bioproject/23.Chil_pangenome/01.data/10.ann-2/SC/03.brake/braker/GeneMark-ETP/data/genome.softmasked.fasta.fai created.
error, file/folder not found: transcripts_merged.fasta.gff
I didn't get the results. And the BRAKER3 was also didn't reports well information.
Wed Feb 28 09:07:18 2024:Both protein and RNA-Seq data in input detected. BRAKER will be executed in ETP mode (BRAKER3).
