Continue a failed run? #841

Afternoon,

While running BRAKER on a genome annotation with RNA-seq the program crashed right after the training step because the make hub feature crashed.

In the interest of time is is possible to have Braker continue where it left off without the make hub option?

All results except for the hub should be present, already.
