GALBA is a pipeline for fully automated prediction of protein coding gene structures with AUGUSTUS in novel eukaryotic genomes for the scenario where high quality proteins from one or several closely related species are available.
For some odd reason, the singularity container would loose knowledge about which perl to call when a certain HPC file system got "detached" briefly. The container kind of lost contents of @INC, most likely because it suddenly called a host perl. Therefore, I made the perl binary to call specific in all calls.
@LarsGab : I highly recommend that you change this in BRAKER, too, because the same user will run BRAKER on their HPC.
