get from user:

• full_name
• email (checking validation - include '@', '.' etc)
• password (checking validation - above/equal 6 char)
• confirm_password (check that the pass is the same)
• phone
• account_type (worker/recruiter) if the account type is worker:
  • skills (string)
  • gender (drop list - male/female)
  • birthday (date) if the account type is recruiter:
  • founding (year)
  • country
  • line_of_business
• description

make api call /api/registration with all the parameters. valid response -

• if user was created it will return id(int) otherwise id = -1
• incase of error, the error will be in "error" filed - (for example - {error:"existnig email"} )

Added label for worker account - Job Title. It is mean what job title the worker introduce hiself.
