OI Notepad: Keep scroll position of long note

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a very long note.
2. Scroll down, set the cursor somewhere in the middle of the screen.
3. Change screen orientation or close and open the note.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When the note is reopened, the sroll position and cursor position should remain 
at the same position where they were previously.

The cursor position is kept, due to revision 3878, but the scroll position is 
changed: The cursor always appears at the bottom of the screen.

A new field "scroll position" was introduced in r3878 which can be used to 
store the scroll position.
