OI Flashlight: Can not access menu in Android 3.0 or higher #440

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch OI Flashlight
2. Try to press "Menu" to access color, settings, or About menu.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is no menu button. There is no action bar. The menu is not accessible.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
The problem is the full-screen mode. Action bar should be supported in Android 
3.0 or higher.
