Show full file name in OI FileManager #522

The OI File Manager truncates file name if the file name is too long.
But I want to see the full file name. So I made an patch.

With this patch, user can select between two options at the preference page.

* Truncate file name. (default)
* Show full file name. (If file name is long, it will be displayed with 
multiple lines.)

This patch works with version 1.2.
