[WIP] Add PSF validation notebook #74

This notebook addresses #47.

This validation notebook reads in the PSFEx file from the ERO and uses galsim.des.DES_PSFEx to build the PSF model.

This notebook produces an image of euclidlike/ERO PSF and their residual,

their 1D profile,

and their shape distribution

Hi Andy - great progress! Might you be able to share information about the 2nd moment-based size and shape measurements? i.e. the size differs by some fractional amount Delta(size)/size, the shape difference is Delta e
