Garbage collection is deprecated on Mountain Lion #503

Garbage collection is deprecated on Mountain Lion (10.8) and was never 
supported on iOS. Xcode 4.6 issues an analyzer warning that prevents a clean 
compile.

Remove support for garbage collection from Core Plot.

Scheduled for release 2.0 since this may be a major breaking change for some 
users of the Core Plot framework.
