Update Tibia.com URLs #143

As of a couple of months ago, there’s no longer a need to use https://secure.tibia.com/ since https://www.tibia.com/ now works just the same. In fact, this is what the website itself uses in its links nowadays. This patch makes NabBot follow the same URL format.

Thanks @mathiasbynens, since this isn't a sensitive change, I changed the base to dev.
