Removing discordbots.org references (and tibiawiki.db update) #174

Since NabBot is now a fansite and it has gotten exposure from Tibia.com, it will be removed from several discord bots lists, as they require NabBot being in their servers, making the bot use extra resources to cache and process events from these big servers, even thought members there won't use it.

The exposure obtained from these sites was little, because of Tibia not being a well-known game and not being frequently searched on these lists.

All references to discordbots.org is removed from documentation and /about command in this PR.

For the moment, there won't be a live server counter on the website or documentation, as that was offered by discordbots.org. In the future this will be added again on our own.
