You are missing loot.db in your repository, check loot.py please, thats why /loot command is not working.

Fixed in 7cacf0ef21c7005613c34bd2fed24f8f7cc6e708.

Added loot_template.db, when NabBot is executed, if loot.db doesn't exists, the template is copied to the location.
