Make prefix and ask-channel name configurable per server #91

Currently, command prefix, ask channel name (ask-nabbot) and server log's name can be configured in the config.yml file. But they are global settings and they affect all the servers the bot is in.

The idea is to make it a server-wide setting, so each server can have their indivual settings for it.
