Fetch a list of (un)registered players to the Discord server (optionally: of a given guild)

My suggestion is to add the following two commands:

• /registered [guild_name]
• /unregistered guild_name

I believe that would make tracking guild members much easier for leaders, especially to moderate people that do not bring anything to the community.

I like this idea. Currently I created a 'persona' that is the guild name and register all non-discord members of guild to this 'user' (for the purpose of all guild level ups and deaths to be posted). The problem I find doing this is that when I do a /whois command on one of those characters I get a "the list was too long" reply. Maybe if there were a subcommand for the 'watched list' that gives the owner the option "would you like this watched character/guild to be tracked in the level ups and deaths?" It would make it easier if/when a user in the guild does joins, their character wouldn't be tied to a different 'user' so they could easily claim it, instead of me needing to unregister it from the 'guild persona' ... making everything more smooth.

I hope I explained that well enough that its not a complete foreign language. sometimes I dont head my words into brain very well when explaining something :p

In the development version, I added a subcommand, /unregistered guild that shows you a list of guild members that are not registered or their owners are not in the current discord server.
