Roles that any member can join if they want to, and leave anytime they want.
This can be useful to have roles with access to special channels, and letting the user choose if they want to see it or not.
This would work as a series of commands to manage them:
/group create - Creates a joinable role, or makes an existing role joinable
/group delete - Deletes a joinable role, or just makes it not joinable anymore
/group - Joins or leaves a group
/group list - Shows list of joinable groups in the server
