Seems like our Dallas Network has stabilised and our Upstream DDoS Protection has activated, protecting the subnet from a potential attack. Thank you for your understanding during this time.
I just got confirmation from our Provider. DDoS Protection successfully mitigated a peak of 8.4 Million PPS attack.
Services are back at operating capacity.
We've received automated alerts that Dallas is currently experiencing some level of packet loss, don't worry, we're on it! Incident Response Team has activated and is actively monitoring system logs.
