NPCs can start warping off to NaN #3

Investigate when this happens and try to find repro steps to make an NPC warp off to NaN. Maybe it has to do with an NPC deciding to dive a ship that just died so it no longer has a position?

Once repro steps are found, move to Todo and reassign to me so I can fix it.
