I think it wasn't like that before, but it's hard to be certain.
Later, I found this tunnel, which is probably just a second tunnel (but at the time it seemed to be in the same area): https://postimg.org/image/cl3qcw6nl/
I'll have to try visiting these tunnels a few times later, to see if they're changing. It's tricky, as I don't have a good idea of what is where in the map.
