Vine glitch #195

So, I was playing the game, and decided to do a cyclone near the vine at the end of the stage before the Boss. The result was the vine going higher, and from me not jumping off it, just testing things out, shoved me into the ground. After that, I slid through the floor, with the shield to stop me. After retrying, I broke the shield to see what would happen, and I slid straight out the stage and fell into a pit. image

Hmm..

Looks like #97 , #140, #78 (partially) and #58

I didn't realise this had quite a few dupes until now. Mods, pls clean this up.
