Reproduction of this is elusive, but I have a suspicion that it might be connected to the shield or new powerup somehow.
Milla's cube is working, but you cannot see it generated behind her.
Other people on discord reported that sometimes the Shield Fairy is also gone missing, even if they have still Shield's HP. Possibly connected
