I added GPP and GPP Secondary to keep my vanilla system intact. During my testing I started a new game. When I tried to launch an unmanned probe, I noticed no connection despite having antenna (using RemoteTech). So I zoomed out to see 6-7 red dotted ground stations on Kerbin, but not one at the vanilla Space Center where my probe was being launched. I used hyperedit to confirm, once the probe was in orbit it connected to one of the other ground stations on Kerbin.
Additionally, I was looking for asteroids and noticed only one near Kerbin. When I looked at the Ciro system, I saw two asteroids there. I sped up time and found more and more asteroids appearing around Ciro near Gael, but no additional asteroids appeared near Kerbin. Ultimately around 45 asteroids appeared near Gael and stayed (never despawning like they normally would) and no more asteroids appeared near Kerbin. I sent up a Sentinel probe and still found none.
Both of these issues disappeared when I uninstalled GPP and ran the same tests again.
