Suggest JNSQ-RibbonPack instead of FinalFrontier in CKAN #19

See KSP-CKAN/NetKAN#7669; this PR replaces FinalFrontier with JNSQ-RibbonPack in the suggestions list in CKAN. This way users will have the ribbons installed when needed.
