converts planet icons to .png #36

Waypoint manager is unable to use .dds planet icons, but doesn't have any problem with .png

Looks like only other mod, that use these planet icons, is Strategia, if Strategia is able to use .png, the .dds could be removed.

Convert all icons in the GameData/JNSQ/JNSQ_Textures/Icons/ back to .png I tested it also with the Strategia, works ok.
