Description of the bug

Not really a bug but I discovered that two rows cannot share the same sample ID. It might be good to make a note of that in the usage.md doc.

Also need to specify a sample group or the pipeline will only run the fastqc, not output the processed fasta/q files. Sample group can be same as sample name.
