Gallium tool bar doesn't respect selected number of rows.
To Reproduce
Right click on toolbar
Select Panel -> Panel Preferences -> Display
Keep the number of rows set to 1, but increase the row size
Doing this increases the number of rows, even if it's set to 1. This is bad for hdpi screens like the Google Pixel. It looks like there is some hard coded limit for the size of the windows, but not the quick launcher buttons. Basically, it creates a non responsive appearance, and it would be great if that were changed.
I was going to make a video demonstrating the problem, but it doesn't pick up my microphone ¯_(ツ)_/¯
