So I keep getting the error message in the title and I cannot open boot into my desktop screen.I have no space left on my computer, and I can’t use TtY because of the error message filling up TTY.

I have a HP Chromebook 11-v020nr GalliumOS 2.1

You could try booting the GalliumOS iso on a USB thumb drive. From there you might be able to mount the internal drive and delete enough cruft to get things working again.
