A bound shortcut key (Super L) works intermittently #531

To be sure you understand what I mean, please see the following image:

I will be working away merrily during a work session, pressing Super L to cause Whisker Menu to popup when I need it. Everything will be fine and dandy yet then, inexplicably, during that session, when I press Super L it will fail to cause Whisker Menu to popup. The workaround is simple: I use my mouse to cause Whisker Menu to popup. Finally, later in in that work session pressing Super L will cause Whisker Menu to popup (to work properly). This is a niggling glitch that I hope you will help me solve.

I think Xfwm's keyboard binding features are just screwy.
