F5 key does not work with fresh install of GalliumOS 3.0/3.1 #549

Issue: I've tried all chromebook-based keyboard layouts in xfce to no avail. Whether chromeOS media keys or f-keys are made default, the F5 key in particular does not work with a clean install of GalliumOS.

I tried the fix mentioned in the following thread, and it worked perfectly!

Is there a reason why this is not part of the default GalliumOS distribution? Both chromeOS media keys and function keys work fine after the linked change.

Tested Hardware: HP Chromebook 11 (2016) Acer Chromebook Spin 11 (2018)

Remove the keybinding for Xf86Display in the Xfce4 Keyboard Settings and reboot.
