This issue tracker is not the right place for something like this, the subreddit would be better but you need to remember to include what model you're using, what OS it's running, what you did, what you expected that to do, what it did instead, etc, etc. You shouldn't have modified your apt config if you just want to install wine as it is already included in the Ubuntu repositories (https://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/wine); if you want a more updated version of wine directly from the wine maintainers, they run their own repo you can add, instructions for setting that up on their website: https://wiki.winehq.org/Ubuntu. Keep in mind that none of this is particularly recommended, wine should be avoided, especially if there is native Linux software that does what you want.

FYI, it's never appropriate to create a second ticket about the same issue, we didn't forget about you and we receive notifications every time you post something here, I just closed it without responding in hopes that you would realize you were in the wrong place without me having to point it out.
