4 years ago The boot splash and login screen aren't really "light", are they? Yes, the white logo on the blue background does make the backlight rather intense but it's not like we're throwing you from something light to something dark, we're throwing you from something agnostic to whatever you selected. By the way, Xfce doesn't have a dark theme, we just ship the Arc GTK theme as the default and decided against including the dark version. Technically neither of those is part of Xfce.
Xfce4 has a dark theme, the the boot-up screen and the lxde theme are light, and there doesn't seem to be a way to easily change that. Would the devs consider adding a dark option to GalliumOS 4 so I don't fry my eyes off when I open my laptop in the middle of the night? Thx
